Cecilia Robinson is the founder and Managing Director of Au Pair Link. Au Pair Link is the largest Au Pair agency in Australasia and one of the largest Au Pair agencies in the world. Au Pair Link is licensed by the New Zealand Ministry of Education as a home based Early Childhood Education (ECE) provider and is now one of the largest home based ECE providers in New Zealand with 28 staff. Cecilia was the winner of the Her Business Best New Business award in 2009 as well as a finalist in 2010 for the Best SME Business and Most Inspirational Role Model. In addition, Cecilia also founded the New Zealand Au Pair Association which has helped to lift standards and compliance in the domestic Au Pair industry. Cecilia is an expert in the field of home based childcare and youth work and travel. Having previously been an Au Pair in the United States of America, Cecilia was born in Sweden and immigrated to New Zealand in 2006. In 2010, Cecilia was named by Sweden’s prestigious Shortcut Magazine as one of the standout “Newcomers of the Year” across the fields of business, politics and entertainment. Cecilia was ranked number 34 out of 100 of Sweden’s best talent under 40 years of age. Cecilia is married to her business partner James Robinson.
