Kelly Lewis (BA Pol and Media)

Placement Services Manager

Kelly is our Placement Services Manager. Kelly manages our Inbound and Outbound Placement teams and also works alongside both Au Pairs and Host Families to create positive, lasting matches between the two. Kelly also works closely with our partner agencies across the world to ensure that processes are streamlined and is the ‘face’ of Au Pair Link internationally. Kelly comes from a recruitment background having worked in both nanny and teaching recruitment previously. Kelly has also travelled to many different parts of the world, and recently returned from working as a nanny in the United Kingdom. Kelly enjoys meeting and working with families, and finds placing Au Pairs a rewarding experience. For Kelly, the most enjoyable aspect of the job is seeing people enjoying their Au Pair experience both from a family and Au Pair perspective. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys playing netball, reading and travelling. She is also a keen boxer!
