Cushla Neale (BTchg ECE)

Christchurch Senior Family & Programme Manager

Cushla joined the Au Pair Link team in August 2008. She is married and has 4 wonderful, both school age and in their late teens. Cushla has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and an extensive background in the early childhood industry – including working in a centre with special needs children. She has also worked in home based care for several years and is passionate about children being raised in their own home. Cushla is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and and we are proud to have her as our Senior Family & Programme Manager for the Christchurch region, working alongside Louise to create meaningful experiences for Au Pairs and Host Families alike!
