April joined the Au Pair Link team at the end of 2013. April holds a Diploma in ECE Teaching and Bachelor in Education (ECE) and a full teacher registration with the Ministry of Education. After spending time in the centre-based care industry, as well as a year teaching primary school aged children in London, April's interest moved to home-based care and education - making Au Pair Link a logical step in her career.  April's favourite aspect of working as an early childhood teacher is the opportunity to develop bonds with parents, children and colleagues.  When she is not at work, April is a keen outdoors person, particularly enjoying spending time at the beach.
