Area Education Manager (South Island)

Cushla joined the Au Pair Link team in August 2008.  A mother to four wonderful children, Cushla has a hands-on understanding of early childhood education (including special needs), which culminated in her acquiring a Bachelors in Teaching (ECE) and full teacher registration with the Ministry of Education.  Having worked in home-based education and care for several years, Cushla has become passionate about the benefits of in-home care and has played a key part in establishing Au Pair Link's South Island networks.  In 2012, Cushla moved into the role of Area Education Manager for Wellington and the South Island, allowing her to provide a wealth of support our teams in the expanding Wellington, Christchurch and Otago regions.
