Programme Manager (Auckland)

Emma joined us as a Programme Manager, bringing with her plenty of experience and knowledge to share with our au pairs and families. She holds a Bachelors of Arts (ECE) and a provisional teacher registration with the Ministry of Education. After growing up in Tauranga and studying in Hamilton, she now calls Auckland home and spends time with family and friends to discover everything she comes to encounter. She's travelled through Europe and spent two years in London as a full-time nanny! Her teaching philosophy is that every child is different and as adults, we are there to support and help grow and develop their minds by listening to them and extend on their precious moments. She loves being part of Au Pair Link and loves to see how much the family and child change and grow over time.
