Jessica Waddell (BEd ECE)

Programme Manager (Auckland)

Jess is our Programme Manager in Auckland. She has a Bachelor of Education (ECE) and full teacher registration with the Ministry of Education. Jess has travelled to about 20 countries in South East Asia and Europe. She's also lived abroad in UK where she taught for a year. Having grown up on a beautiful flower farm as her parents are horticulturists, she had an amazing childhood spending time outside with her family and flora. Jess has joined Au Pair Link because she likes the concept of sharing ones culture with others and having the quality one on one time with the au pairs in their own home. Jess' teaching philosophy includes getting down to the child's level, seeing what they see and interacting with them, helping them to enquire and learn about things that interest them.
