Kate Mansfield (BTchg ECE)

Programme Manager (Wellington)

Working alongside Diane, Kate supports our au pairs and host families in Wellington. Kate holds a Bachelors in ECE Teaching and a full teacher registration with the Ministry of Education. Originally from Lower Hutt, Kate has worked in both kindergarten and home based care settings, giving her a strong background in early childhood education.  A passionate reader, Kate's favourite area of the curriculum is Literacy, as she enjoys the process of children discovering the same joy she finds in the written word.  Kate enjoys working with the au pairs are they use the early childhood curriculum to shape their host family children's learning experience, and particularly enjoys developing relationships with the families and children in her network.
