Lilian is part of our Placement team and has come from a tourism background. She has joined us to transfer her knowledge on working with different nationalities and we think it'll come easy as she is fluent in four languages! She has family in both Germany and Spain where she grew up and spent a year at boarding school in Great Britain. Being that multinational, she is also well travelled and has seen her fair share of Europe, Asia, the USA and South America. Besides horse riding, snorkelling and diving and drawing, Lilian is about to get her black belt in Muay Thai. She is excited about working at Au Pair Link because of the great team culture and atmosphere as well as the process of helping au pairs and host families.
