Verena Klaes

We would like to nominate Verena as the au pair of the month. Verena arrived soon after we had returned from London with our 14 month year old daughter Gabi and came to us at a time when we were readjusting to life in NZ.  Verena quickly became part of the family and slotted in with ease taking the initiative to do things around the house and caring for our daughter with utmost care, love and attention. She was a very stable influence to Gabi and developed a wonderful relationship with her. Verena quickly established our trust in her and possessed a very positive and can-do attitude. Nothing was too hard and went the extra mile in helping us and our daughter Gabi. This was very evident following the arrival of our new baby boy Alexander whom Verena supported and helped whenever required. We will miss her when she returns to Germany and would recommend her to any family or any other job. We do wish her all the very best for her future travels, studies and career and hope to see her back in NZ when she visits again some-time soon!
