From the Unternahrer family:

Lizette is responsible for the care and organisation our 3 children, Ryan 5, Sam 4 and Lily 3 fulltime as both Andrew and I work long days, she has been with us since April 2009 and from day one she has taken up a lead role in our household!

We set Lizette 3 main goals when she arrived:

The first is the children’s happiness. I no longer wanted the children to have to live our busy chaotic lives and I wanted them to be in their own home come the afternoons and evenings, Lizette provides the care , attention and stability that they need. 

Second that the children get to where ever they need to be and do what they need to be doing, have the opportunity to join teams and have play dates (something that is hard to do when both parents work). 

Thirdly that the children learn to look after and do things for themselves, having all come through Montessori education at varying times and having 2 busy parents, independence is essential. 

From day one Lizette has embraced these challenges and has had some great wins, 3 out of 3 children are now eating and trying new vegetables on a regular basis, previously we only had 1 in this space but her biggest achievement is definitely that the children are happy and love being with her.

So thank you Lizette, I am not sure that you realise the impact you have had on our family, we have a happy, relaxed and loving home that runs pretty well 99% of the time and for the first time in 5 years I finally have some breathing space……and a friend for life!
