Talina Placke, Southland

Congratulations to Talina Placke!

Talina is a very special part of our family and we will be very sorry to see her go. Talina has been wonderful since she arrived in July last year, she arrived to our family of a 2 year old and a one month old, in the busiest part of the dairy farm season. She slotted in like we had known each others for years. Nothing is ever a problem and she follows our mantra of going with the flow, as no day is ever the same! Lachie does not know how lucky he is, he has someone to play with all day and Talina is wonderful at playing in the sandpit with him and spending time getting dirty on the farm - a wonderful life for a two year old. Play hiding is a particular favourite for both of them!
She has been wonderful with Tessa, often talking her for walks which helped with her reflux and generally gave me some good time to spend with Lachie and get my work done. If I get held up I return to a home with two kids bathed and happy and ready for bed - bliss!
She is been easy to live with and I can honestly say she is a special member of our family.
