Anna Bohman, Auckland

Anna has been with us since July 2010 and has been an asset to our family since she arrived, her cool clam nature helps balance out our busy and sometimes crazy household. In particular it has been Anna’s dedication to our children, Ryan, Sam and Lily since her arrival. She is 100% committed to the happiness and wellbeing of each of our children and focuses on their own special interests areas. She is quick to seek advice from Andrew, myself or Emily (our teacher)when she feels out of her depth or is concerned about an issue that has arisen at home or school! Anna has formed a great bond with our eldest Ryan, her efforts have had a positive and noticeable impact on his ability to manage himself in varying situations. She has been a key driver for Ryan’s progress with his writing and reading, something that does not come easily to him and only became apparent mid way last year. He is now at a level with his peers and has a new found confidence in himself and his abilities, after much hard work from both Anna and himself. I think the icing on the cake, the testament to Anna’s character and dedication really hit home just yesterday for both Andrew and I, we attended Parent Teacher conferences and it was Ryan’s teacher that told us what a wonderful person Anna was and how lucky we are to have her, how lucky Ryan has been to have her, she should be commended for the effort, time and patience she shows Ryan! Thank you Anna, you are a star, what a difference you have made!!!!
