Hello and welcome to Au Pair Link!
We are a New Zealand owned and operated company that is committed to placing fantastic Au Pairs in New Zealand Host Families. Since establishing Au Pair Link in November 2006 we have grown rapidly and today we have hundreds of Au Pairs enrolled in our programmes throughout New Zealand. We have 28 full and part time staff in New Zealand including Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Wellington, Taranaki, Christchurch and Nelson.
Cecilia Robinson is the founder and Managing Director of Au Pair Link. Au Pair Link is the largest Au Pair agency in Australasia and one of the largest Au Pair agencies in the world. Au Pair Link is also licensed by the New Zealand Ministry of Education as a home based Early Childhood Education (ECE) provider and is now one of the largest home based ECE providers in New Zealand.
Au Pair Link is more than just a business – it is a labour of love. Our story began when Cecilia was an Au Pair for a family in the United States. Cecilia cared for 5 year old twins named Alison and Elisabeth. These two special girls had a tremendous impact on Cecilia and inspired the formation of Au Pair Link. Au Pair Link is dedicated to “my girls” (Alison and Elisabeth), their wonderful parents and family.
Through establishing Au Pair Link it is our goal to help other Au Pairs and families share similar, unforgettable experiences. We are the leading Au Pair agency in New Zealand having achieved many industry firsts including:
- Au Pair Link is the only Au Pair agency in New Zealand that is a Ministry of Education licensed Early Childhood Education provider
- Au Pair Link was the first member of the International Au Pair Association in Australasia
- Au Pair Link was the first (and only) Au Pair agency in New Zealand to offer an orientation course for Au Pairs – including childcare, driving and CPR lessons.
In addition, we also founded the New Zealand Au Pair Association to assist in promoting the Au Pair concept and protecting the interests of Au Pairs and Host Families in New Zealand.
