Welcome to Au Pair Link! Our Au Pair OE (Overseas Experience) programme is designed for responsible and adventurous young kiwis wanting to have their big overseas experience.
Working as an Au Pair (live-in nanny) is one of the best ways to discover the world and we can help make it happen. As an Au Pair you can explore the world and gain a unique cultural experience living with a Host Family abroad. We have programmes in the USA, China, England, France, Germany and much more!
As Australasia’s largest and leading Au Pair agency, we are members of the International Au Pair Association and we are the founding members of the New Zealand Au Pair Association www.nzapa.org.nz . We are also licensed by the New Zealand Ministry of Education as an Early Childhood Education provider, and a member of the World Youth Student & Educational Travel Confederation.
We have a team of staff across New Zealand with our Head Office in Auckland and regional Programme Managers covering the Bay of Plenty, Waikato, Taranaki, Wellington and Canterbury. You are able to meet with one of our local Programme Managers to discuss what it is like to be an Au Pair and so we may interview you in person regarding your application to become an Au Pair OE.
Leaving your home and travelling to another country to work as an Au Pair is a great adventure but also a big decision. At Au Pair Link we understand that it is important for every Au Pair to feel safe, happy and appreciated. We will only place you in a Host Family that has been screened and interviewed, and in a home where you will be treated as part of the family.
