Enrolment Process

To enrol in our Au Pair 123, Au Pair Whiz, Au Pair Assist or Au Pair Private Support Early Childhood Education programmes you must complete our Child Enrolment Form for every child under 5 years of age in your family. If you haven't done so already, please download and complete/sign the Child Enrolment Form for each child under 5 years of age in your family. Then please send us the original copy via post to Au Pair Link, PO Box 137 006, Parnell, Auckland 1052. Alternatively, you can scan and email Child Enrolment Forms to us at forms@aupairlink.co.nz or fax a copy to Au Pair Link on 09 309 4445.

Our Child Enrolment Form is mandatory for our Au Pair 123, Au Pair Assist, Au Pair Whiz and Au Pair Private Support programmes. The form allows us to gather important information such as your full contact details, hours of enrolment, 20 Hours ECE claimable hours, your child's health or medical conditions and prescription medications. The Child Enrolment From form also includes a parent declaration and our terms and conditions.

Our simple enrolment process is as follows:

Please note: You must meet our home safety and health and safety requirements to be enrolled in our Early Childhood Education programmes e.g. Au Pair 123, Au Pair Assist, Au Pair Whiz and Au Pair Private Support. This will be determined by Au Pair Link, at our sole discretion, during your personal family interview. If you do not meet these requirements immediately, you will be given the opportunity to amend any areas of your home to comply with our health and safety guidelines.

Child Attendance Sheets

Once your children are enrolled in our service (Au Pair 123, Au Pair Assist, Au Pair Whiz or Au Pair Private Support programmes only) and your Au Pair arrives in New Zealand, your Au Pair is required to complete monthly Child Attendance Sheets. Child Attendance Sheets are a simple one page timesheet that records the hours of care provided by your Au Pair for each enrolled child. Your Au Pair must complete a Child Attendance Sheet for each individual child under 5 years of age every month - which you must check and sign. Child Attendance Sheets must be returned to Au Pair link by post, fax or email (sign and scan) - no later than 5 days after the end of the month. Child Attendance Sheets are required to receive the 20 Hours ECE or WINZ subsidies and are mandatory for all our Au Pair programmes except Au Pair Mate (i.e. Child Attendance Sheets are not required for children over 5 years of age or at school). Please note that Child Attendance Sheets only record the hours of care provided and are not directly linked to the wages you pay your Au Pair. Child Attendance Sheets are simply a Ministry of Education requirement when enrolled in our Early Childhood Education programmes.
