How to Apply
STEP 1.
Complete our short online application form and submit.
STEP 2. Once you have submitted our short online application form, you will receive a confirmation email from the team at Au Pair Link and a link to our full application form. Click on the hyperlink in this email and complete our full application form. Please allow 15-20 minutes to complete this full application form.
STEP 3. Au Pair Link will contact you to arrange a personal interview with your family.
STEP 4. Once we have interviewed your family you will need to write your ‘family letter’ – a personal letter describing your family and including photos. This letter will be presented to Au Pair candidates.
STEP 5. Speak and email with potential Au Pair candidates.
STEP 6. Make an ‘Offer of Placement’ to your preferred candidate. If the Au Pair accepts your Offer of Placement then a match or placement is made. We then begin to arrange your Au Pair’s flights, visa and insurance.
STEP 7. For our Au Pair 123 programme you are then required to complete a Child Enrolment Form for each child under 5 years of age in your family.
