"Just wanted to thank you for all your hard work in placing our au pair Minna with us. After just two months I wonder how on earth I coped without her!! Minna has fitted in well with our family and Jack just loves having a "big sister" who will play with him and help him with his homework. I think your screening and interview process worked really well in terms of finding the right person to "fit" in with us and also ensured she had the experience and maturity to come to the other side of the world.

The network that you provide for your au pairs is invaluable and this really has made the difference in supporting Minna in these first few months. She has settled down well in NZ and made some great friends who she gets out and about with – already organizing a weekend away visiting Rotorua together.

As you know I did wonder how it would be having someone else living with us, but can honestly say that it has been an absolute breeze.
