Smith Family Testimonial

I would like to nominate our wonderful Au Pair, Steffi, for an Au Pair Award.  Steffi is our second au pair now, having come along to join our family on the departure of Chantal.  Steffi had some big boots to fill and has, to be fair, made her own boots which will be equally as hard to fill! 

She has managed to settle into our family and gets on great with the children, managing to juggle the school, nursery and activities with her usual calm.  She is certainly making the most of her time in New Zealand and has been able to get out and about exploring this beautiful country.  She is such a help to our family and certainly makes our life much easier, always willing to dig in with the chores around the house and doing anything extra when needed.

Steffi is a very cheerful, easy-going individual and it’s fantastic to have someone at home with the kids who we know we can rely on and trust.  I really struggle to find a way to adequately explain to Steffi how much we appreciate having her as part of our family. We are looking forward to the rest of our time with her during her time in New Zealand.
