Lydia understands each of the children's personalities, in fact she's so in tune to each of their needs at any given time which is just so reassuring.  Every day I feel so incredibly lucky to have her in our lives and I know she's going to be hard to replace.  

Having a baby can be a stressful and challenging time, having two and a toddler is just madness!  Lydia has helped enormously and has been instrumental in making this time in our lives a happier one.  Our days with Lydia just flow so well, in fact my weekends are harder when she's not here!

Lydia has a great sense of initiative and common sense - never once have I ever had to ask her to do anything - she's just gets it and knows what needs to be done.  The days with her are whizzing by and I'm really not looking forward to her going - she will be part of our lives forever!  

Sophie just loves playgroup and I know Lydia enjoys it as well.  It's probably not something you need to do, but I think it's amazing - fantastic for the children and great for the Au Pairs who can network, make friends and reduce the risk of homesickness!
