Elaine Jentsch (Germany)

We would love to nominate Elaine for au pair of the month!  Elaine has been a part of our family for 3 months now, and while this is not a particularly long time, the positive impact that she has had is wonderful.  Elaine provides outstanding care for our two children aged 6 and 2 years old, and helps effortlessly with the seamless running of our busy household.  Her genuine interest and compassion for our children is evident and has resulted in trusting and nurturing bonds being formed very quickly.  Elaine delights in her various activities with the children and has an endless supply of energy, laughter, praise and guidance for them. Her maturity is beyond her years and we feel very lucky to have Elaine as part of our family. You know you have a great au pair when you start to dread the day that she has to go home...that is certainly the case for us with Elaine!
