Here's why I'd like Fe to win Au Pair of the Month - 

Fe has been with us for almost 5 months and she has been brilliant. Our household is extremely busy (and loud). We have a 5 year old daughter and 3 year old twin boys so Fe has her work cut out for her. She is a calming, kind presence for the children. She has a lovely way about her, good humoured and well mannered Fe will always carrying out her daily chores consistently and does extra whenever possible which I really appreciate. Whenever she finishes up for the evening she says to me 'Is there anything else I can help with?", so thoughtful. Her major gift (apart from her sunny, genuine disposition) is tidying and organising, she folds the kids washing like a pro and takes time to make lovely displays of the kids toys in their rooms. The most impressive thing that Fe has done has been overseeing the toilet training of our twin boys. It was a milestone I was dreading and while I kicked it off, Fe has really done the lions share. It's been 3 weeks and the boys are pretty much trained. If you can toilet train twin boys then I think you can handle pretty much anything life will throw at you, that is to say,  it's not for the faint hearted.  Fe is reliable, kind and unflappable, she'll graciously do whatever she can to help me with the kids and I'm so happy that she's a part of our family.
