Jac is amazing. She is so perfect for our home. We don't get to spend a lot of time together as a family due to shift work, but Jac happily gives us space and privacy so we are able to make the most of each opportunity - but she still makes herself available whenever we need her. She's very flexible with her hours and doesn't mind when I need to change our times at the last minute.

Jac never complains if we ask her to work extra hours and even comes with us to Alexandra's activities when she's not scheduled to be working and comes with us on family trips. Alexandra just adores her and I fully trust Jac and know that my baby will be looked after. They are such great friends now and Jac would do anything for her!

Jac follows all instructions and helps me with the cooking, cleaning, washing, and other household chores - she even bakes without us asking her to. We love her so much that we are meeting Jac in Europe in May to spend a week together in Italy and France. We are really looking forward to that and super excited about being able to spend some extra time together.

Having Jac as part of our family has made such a positive impact on the way we live our lives. Jac has slipped right into our family with so much ease that we aren't quite sure how we'll say goodbye.
