Nadine Englert (Germany)

I would like to nominate the wonderful Nadine Englert for Au Pair of the month. We've had 6 amazing au pairs so far and all have been wonderful in so many different ways.  However, Nadine had the hardest job yet and I suspect one of the hardest roles Au Pair Link has.  When Nadine arrived, our five kids were 7, 5, 3 and our twin boys had just turned one.  Between school, kindy and different activities, our week days are crazy!  Simon is a dairy farmer and I work four days a week.  Our au pair needs to manage a very busy and often chaotic household.  Nadine has done this with grace and style - I have never met anyone quite as calm as Nadine.  In fact, I have never even seen her frazzled!  Our children are cared for and loved and each made to feel special in their own right.  And of course, she is completely besotted with our mischievous twin boys whom she is with all day.  Our home is always tidy when we get home, the washing is always up-to-date in the weekend, she does fun inside and outside activities with the kids, and she bakes!  We are so grateful to have had Nadine in our lives during this particular twelve months while the five kids are still young.  It was always going to be challenging and busy and Nadine has gone above and beyond our expectations and excelled in every way.  Nadine - we think you are wonderful and you will be missed!
