Rabea Schroeder (Germany) - April 2017

Rabea has been such a positive influence in our families lives. She has taught our son Jace so many things in the last 5 months that she has been with us, including patience, numbers (in both English and German), understanding of others feelings and helping him to increase his sentences. 

Rabea is always happy to help, with whatever we require from her whether that be changing her hours to suit our new needs, to adjusting to new family situations. She is always willing to try new things even out of her comfort zone; whether that be new foods (she loves feijoas!), or dressing up with the family and taking her turn doing a solo dance or singing act after dinner. She knows how to have fun, and is always up for a laugh - which suits our family so well.

 Jace and Rabea have such a heart-warming bond with each other. It is such a great thing to know that your child is with someone they trust and are comfortable with, and that he is being looked after as well as we would look after him.

 She has been such a wish come true in regards to helping keep our family running smoothly through all new transitions. I don't know what we would do without her! We already cannot imagine life without Rabea. She has become such a true member of the family.

 We could not have hoped for more in an Au Pair than we have found in Rabea.
