Romane Gaultier (France) - August 2017

I would like to nominate Romane for Au Pair of the Month.

She has been able at great support while my husband was at sea for three months; she is now leading the potty training of our son so I didn't need to take time off work for the process.
She even volunteered to babysit so that she could oversee the weekend and ensure Ricci didn't go backwards while I was away on a work function. She is so flexible with her time and always thinks of us and how she can help out.
She also discovered the toy library and bus to the library to get toys and games to keep the keeps busy and entertained.
