2017 Au Pair of the Year Winner
Samira Haas from Germany
We're proud to announce that Samira Haas from Germany has won
Au Pair of the Year 2017. She was nominated by the Weingarth family
with this heartfelt
video.
Every year Au Pair Link receives nominations for the Au Pair of
the Year competition. Each entry is judged based on the writing
from the heart, the passion of the entry, the specific and
exceptional differences made to the lives of the children and
parents and the evident bond developed between the au pair and host
family.
This year Samira Haas received the title of Au Pair of the Year
2017 thanks to her host family's nomination.
Samira started with the Weingarth family in February 2017 when
she flew all the way from Berkach, Germany. Samira has been awarded
a STA Travel voucher worth $1000 and a Certificate of Excellence.
It's her chance to make the most of her stay here and experience
what New Zealand has to offer. The Weingarth family also won a
free au pair placement for their winning nomination.
