PayLink Payroll Service

Our au pair payroll service, PayLink, takes the hassle out of being an employer.  We pay your au pair, calculate and pay the correct PAYE tax and assist with all their holiday, sick and annual leave payments.

It's simple - register as an employer with the IRD and pay your au pair's gross wage into our Client Fund Service a week in advance. From there we calculate the correct net wage, sort the PAYE tax and pay your au pair directly. We can even help you manage your au pair's completion bonus - spreading the cost over the placement term.

You can save yourself a world of worry for only $11.00 per week (or $9.00 per week if we become your PAYE Intermediary). Becoming an employer can be daunting, but you can rest assured knowing that we've got your paperwork in order - so you've got more time to spend with the people that really matter.

Please note, families who match with an au pair privately are only eligible to sign up for PayLink if they are enrolled in our home early learning programme (for families with children under five years of age).

Choosing us as your PAYE Intermediary

As your PAYE Intermediary, we'll assist you in fulfilling your (the employer) PAYE obligations. It also means we can act on your behalf for all of your PAYE responsibilities as we'll be able to liaise directly with the IRD. Families who allow us to become their PAYE Intermediary are subsidised $2.00 per payday, per employee. While allowing us to become your PAYE Intermediary is optional, it is recommended.
