Au Pair Link has been recognised as one of New Zealand's best workplaces in theKenexa Best Workplaces Survey 2013, and as one of the country's fastest growing businesses in this year'sDeloitte Fast 50.

TheKenexa Best WorkplacesAward is based on a survey which asks employees to rate their workplace on a number of categories, including job satisfaction, team culture and engagement, opportunities for career development as well as other sub-categories.  Nearly 39,000 employees from 243 organisations, across both private and public sectors, participated in 2013.

This year, 43 companies reached finalist status across five categories; Small, Small-Medium, Medium-Large, Large and Enterprise - a new category established for the 2013 awards.  Au Pair Link ranked 6th in the Small Business category, a notable shift from last year's results - where the business ranked 17th.

Au Pair Link's founder, Cecilia Robinson, is rapt with the result.  "It's been a busy year here at Au Pair Link - our team has grown exponentially since the lastKenexasurvey, and with that brings a whole range of new situations and challenges for the business.  It's a tribute to our team culture that while we've grown, we've actually managed to significantly build on last year's results."

Testament to the growth of the company is their recent placing in the Deloitte Fast 50.  Placing 44th, the award ranks businesses according to their revenue growth over the past three years, and sets the benchmark for high growth business in New Zealand.

"We've definitely had our work cut out for us over the past year," says Robinson, "the Early Childhood Education industry is always changing, and coupled with the challenge of sourcing high quality educators from overseas, our placing in the Fast 50 is definitely a sign Au Pair Link is headed in the right direction - we're really pleased."
